Tashi Lhunpo School has proved to be of great benefit to the monastery, both to the present young monks and to those who enroll in the future. Student may face hard work presently, as they have to study Buddhist teachings in one hand and school subjects on other, but this will definitely improve their ability when they are grown up. Around two hundred students now study in the school, which has classes from L.K.G to Class VIII. The students are given opportunity to study Tibetan, English, Mathematics, Social Studies and General Science.

We are definitely facing problems in its facilities, but we are trying our best to impart better education to our young monks.
